I voted proxies for 31 years. When I first started, back in the early 90s, it was the last thing you did on a Friday afternoon, when everything else was done. The absolute bottom priority. In those days, it was paper proxy cards in the mail. Always voting with management; nobody really caring whether the cards made it back to the company or not.
